True to Blanco Niño’s commitment to traditional processes, Creamy Jalapeño is made using the ancient Aztec process of nixtamalisation, where whole, regeneratively farmed corn is slow-cooked, steeped overnight, and stone-ground into masa. The process takes three days from start to finish, resulting in tortilla chips with exceptional depth of flavour and texture.
