Customer Service Executive
Delicious Ideas Food Group is looking for a Customer Service Executive to join our team. This role is perfect for candidates looking to work in a dynamic and growing family-run business in the food and beverage industry. The primary purpose of this job will be to handle and respond to customer service queries and build client relationships
Salary: £18-24K depending on experience, plus monthly voucher rewards based on sales performance

Main Duties and Expectations
- To deal with all Customer Service needs in a timely manner.
- To keep on top of source of queries and issues, and cost to the business.
- To report monthly trends on complaints and queries to Senior Management.
- To assist the Senior Sales Team with reporting and sales analysis.
- To respond to inbound calls and make outbound calls informing customers of new products and promotions.
- To input orders daily onto our Orderwise software and produce picking notes.
- To assist the Senior Sales team with new sales enquiries.
- To liaise with Operations on stock issues and communicate out to the sales teams.

Production Line Leader
Our production team is growing at Delicious Ideas Food Group as we’re looking for a new production lead to join our team. The main duties will be to assist the production manager in ensuring the efficient operation of the production lines and production operations, as well as supervising production team and operating the machines to ensure all required standards and production targets are being maintained.
Salary: 21K – 23K D.O.E.

Responsibilities

Sales Office Manager
Join the team at Delicious Ideas Food Group HQ, based in Peterborough. We’re hiring a sales office manager to form part of our team in the DIFG office. We’re looking for an experience sales manager to oversee the sales office function to maximise sales opportunities, aid our growth and improve efficiencies in the sales process.

Main Duties and Expectations
- To manage the Internal Sales and Customer Service Team.
- To ensure sales orders and customer requests are actioned in a timely manner.
- To keep on top of outstanding orders and liaise with Supply Chain Manager on stock issues to work within DIFG lead time of day 1 for day 4 wherever possible.

- To set telephone call out targets and manage success to drive sales growth.
- To brief sales on monthly promotions and report to brands with feedback on sales data to track success.
- To ensure Orderwise product info and customer price files are kept up to date.
- To work alongside Supply Chain Manager / Ops and Technical in NPD process to ensure it runs smoothly.
- To work alongside Marketing and Thump Creative Agency to ensure DIFG website is kept up to date.
- To provide daily and monthly sales data to the business including the daily sales sheet, monthly promo reports and brand sales data requests.
- To assist in the management of customer portals and price uploads.

Supply Chain Manager
The Delicious Ideas Food Group team is looking for a Supply Chain Manager. With our growing team and exciting ambitions, we’re looking for someone to join us to aid growth and improve efficiencies in the purchasing, planning, warehousing, and logistics process. The supply chain manager will oversee all elements of warehousing, logistics, purchasing and supplier management.

Main Duties and Expectations
- To oversee the warehouse function.
- To manage the Purchasing and Planning function responsible for placing purchase orders for branded products, ingredients and packaging.
- To oversee purchasing of all raw materials and finished goods stock on site and in the supply chain analysing demand trends and foreseeing potential stock ageing and obsolescence issues.
- To manage contracts with suppliers and measure delivery performance, including transport, packaging, raw materials and third party brands, ensuring most suitable suppliers are in place based on cost vs performance criteria.
- To liaise with Sales to review product demand, forecasting and stock ageing to ensure product range is suitable.
- To optimise warehouse function – layout / processes / stock location accuracy / picking and packing KPI’s, stock rotation.
- To provide the Production Manager with the most effective production plan and review operational capacity and performance.
- To constantly review staffing levels in both production and warehouse ensuring most efficient manning based on forecasts and performance.
- To manage the NPD process with input from Sales / Production / Technical.
