DIFG Monthly Prize Draw & DIFG Voucher Terms & Conditions

Terms and Conditions

1. DIFG Monthly Prize Draw vouchers are only available in accordance with these terms and conditions.
2. DIFG vouchers are only available to customers of Delicious Ideas Food Group (Sweet Ideas Ltd).
3. DIFG Monthly Prize Draw vouchers will be awarded as one lot of £250 value voucher, unless specified otherwise. DIFG vouchers must be redeemed in full on a qualifying order, and multiple vouchers may be used on any single qualifying order.
4. Delicious Ideas Food Group (Sweet Ideas Ltd) customers qualify for the DIFG Monthly Prize Draw when an order is placed, however rewards will only be granted to customers when said order is paid for in full.
5. Where the company has any reason to believe that there has been a breach of its terms and conditions of trading, the company may refuse to enter a customer into the draw, refuse to fulfil any vouchers, or withdraw any DIFG vouchers already awarded.
6. DIFG vouchers or any DIFG Monthly Prize Draw rewards cannot be exchanged for cash, and they are non-refundable.
7. On any purchases made partially or wholly with DIFG vouchers, normal delivery charge terms apply.
8. No representations are made regarding the likelihood or otherwise of an account holder incurring any tax liability as a result of receiving or claiming DIFG vouchers.
9. For accounts with no transactions with Delicious Ideas Food Group (Sweet Ideas Ltd) for 6 months, the company reserve the right to remove or invalidate any unclaimed DIFG vouchers.
10. Other business types that do not qualify for the DIFG Monthly Prize Draw or DIFG vouchers include Warehousing, Wholesalers and Manufacturers. Delicious Ideas Food Group (Sweet Ideas Ltd) reserves the right to change this list at any time.
11. The Company reserves the right to vary these conditions or to cancel the DIFG Monthly Prize Draw at any time. In the event of cancellation, account holders who have any outstanding DIFG vouchers or rewards will still have these fulfilled.
12. DIFG vouchers cannot be transferred between ownership without written consent.
13. Participation in the DIFG Monthly Prize Draw and eligibility for DIFG vouchers is voided if you do not pay your invoice to Delicious Ideas Food Group (Sweet Ideas Ltd) within your credit terms. Credit terms are agreed upon on an account basis, for more information please contact the Delicious Ideas Food Group (Sweet Ideas Ltd) Finance Team.
14. DIFG vouchers and DIFG Monthly Prize Draw rewards must be redeemed within 12 months of the calendar year in which the prizes are awarded. Any prizes not redeemed will be cancelled.
