Our story started 5 years ago with the vision of a better future through good food, creating a brand to bring clarity and credibility to the world of gut health.
Founded by Dr. Megan Rossi (BSc, PhD, RD), Bio & Me makes good gut health deliciously easy, with our no added sugar flapjack oat bars and porridge pots that are packed with up to 15 diverse plant foods, as we believe that people and microbes thrive on variety and deliciously good food.
