Happy Inside: Be Gut Happy

Happy Inside founder Charlie had to close down his food truck in March 2020 due to the pandemic.

Charlie has a gut health disease and wanted to create gut-loving, great-tasting and bubble-free drinks. Charlie created the recipes at home, got a start up loan and a month later had done his first trial production run.

We have been a Carbon Neutral brand since inception because it’s very important!

We plant trees in woodland and rainforest projects all over earth in partnership with Carbon Neutral Britain. Customers who purchase our drinks are having a positive impact on their guts and the planet we all live on.

We give a portion of our sales to Mind charity. The gut and brain are linked by 100 million nerve cells called the gut-brain axis. This is why the gut is also known as the second brain. We believe that keeping the gut nourished with quality food and drink helps keep you on tip-top form.
